Applying epoxy primer

Hello im new here looking for some advise i have a nova im working on and almost ready for primer.And im following the perfect paint job.its says apply two coats of epoxy primer.My question is do i go for complete coverage on my first coat?

it covers pretty good . go for no runs

i spray my first coat light. 1-1/2 turns out on the fluid control. then open it up more on the second. works great for me

make sure you let induce for a minimum of half an hr and shoot in warm temps...
