Basecoat redcoats time question

Started shooting some of my small parts on my '66 Mustang project last weekend. I shot my epoxy sealer, let it sit overnight, next day sprayed white base then intermediate clear. After a couple hours I taped off for the lemans stripes, shot the red base then untaped and clear coated.
But on two parts I found out I could not lay out the stripe lines until the others were done. So I have a couple parts that are covered with the epoxy sealer, and then the white with the intermediate clear over it.
Am I OK scuffing everything with a red Scotchbrite, on the entire part before spraying the red base and then final clear?
Or do I need to Scotchbrite and shoot more base clear over the existing white base (stripe area) before final clear?
There will be about a 3 to 4 week window between last week and when I get back to it.

BTW, Universal Clear, SPI intermediate clear that I activated and Pro Spray base activated.
