I will soon have the bottom of my 56 Ford F-250 laying on its back for sand blasting. It will be outside and the cab will be masked off for finishing the underside of the cab floor. Once its blasted, Im planning on shooting some SPI Epoxy Primer followed by SPI Bed Liner. The other option is to brush on a coat of Zero Rust or Chasis Saver directly over the sandblasted metal. Im not for sure on those rust coatings over bare metal, but I believe they are intended more for metal that has not been sandblasted. Seems like epoxy primer followed by bed liner would be an awesome way to protect both sides of cab floor.
