Seems like anymore when I get together with buddies instead of talking about cars we end up talking about our aches,pains, and what works ,which doctors are good, etc. but anyway have had a shoulder problem for a couple of years probbly from 40 years of block sanding and just regular bodywok. but i seem to have found something that really works. Lotion called blue Emu(no aroma)available at Walmart or amazon. Best stuff but does have a rather good aroma is called EPF-5 horse linament which is available on amazon.this stuff is great. Pain is gone in a couple of minutes. Take it for what its worth, this is by no means a product endorsement but just letting you know whats woirking for me.

some of those products used on livestock work real good for humans,too. i use absorbine veterinary linament(for any life stage!). also bagbalm is great for wickedly dry,cracked skin. also helps heal wounds pretty good.

x2 on the bagbalm, kinda nasty & wierd, but a good coating on the hands & cotton socks while sleeping, few nights of this & helps alot.
