Broke through 2k and epoxy to bare metal, now what?

I had my hood looking good, 2 coats if epoxy, filler , a few coats of 2k. I decided I had too much filler in a spot, so I ground it off, raised the low spot with a hammer and dolly.

Now shoukd I just cover the bare spot with epoxy, then filler, then 2k, or epoxy the whole hood, then filler, than 2k the whole hood?

I'm concerened in getting too many coats of, well everything, but especially the 2k.

Thanks! Epoxy has been "chillin" since yesterday, I need to do something before the work week takes over, lol. Now I have a plan.
