i cant get ppg dbc paint in cali anymore im looking for vivid black for harley davidson. ppg doesnt seem to make low voc yet. they have a few omni colors but i wouldnt use that crap anyway. any suggestions?
has anyone used hok voc basecoats? i might have to go with their black. id love to use spi, but i still have a gallon of the old black which isnt black enough for the customer who wants vivid and i cant get just a quart from spi anyway...
 
hok's black is very black and will match harley's so close you wont be able to tell. their low voc will be the same color as reg voc.
