Cleaning epoxy prior to base coat??

Sprayed epoxy primer 3 days ago and shot slick sand this morning. Blocked it all out & was walking the truck and found a tiny bit of overspray creep. I scuffed it off with gray scotchbrite. My question is what cleaner do I use to rid the residual dust? I have both SPI cleaners, 700 and 710. Which is safe & best over 3 day old epoxy prior to base?
 
Either will work but I think the waterborne works better for removing dust and wetsanding sludge.
