Cleanliness of booth for Epoxy

Just curious, I have a temporary booth set up in my garage that Im doing all my bodywork in, Im very close to getting my epoxy on ( all panels are stripped and prepped with 80 grit) I have a couple small things to finish up and I was planning on taking down my temporary booth and cleaning everything then setting up another Temporary booth for primer/paint ect.

Im wodering since Ill be spraying applying some filler and shooting 2k after the epoxy If i really need a "extremely" clean booth since ill be blocking the 2k anyway.

Of course ill clean everything overhead so no dust will fall on the vehicle, its a bronco that sits very high up so Im not worried about the paint gun blowing dust off the floor
(not that there will be piles of dust anywhere) Im thinking ill give it a good cleaning without taking the booth down, then once all my filler work is sanded and the 2k is blocked then take it down and use a very clean booth for my color and clear. Suggestions?? I epoxied my floor just the other day in the same booth (actually with doing nothing other than a quick wash of the floor, then W&G remover and it turned out great, I didnt notice any dust or particles in the epoxy. I really didnt care if there was a little because I shot bed liner over it anyway....

I figure id rather make all my sanding mess in one area now rather than setting up a Color/Clear booth and having to do my 2k blocking in there and cleaning it again. Thanks!!!

ive been shooting my epoxy in my homemade booth with overspray dust on the floor with no problems at all. i still havent even wiped down the walls and cieling from my last paint job.

shoot away

The only concern is any contamination that might be riding on the dust and dirt specks. Most are harmless, but some can cause problems. It's different for every work area. I'd say to proceed cautiously, and if you are having problems with contamination, then you need to revisit the issue.

Probably no problem at all.
