I am looking to speed up the cure time on universal clear, location cloudy wisconsin, I am curious if any of you guys have played around with the UV curing lights, As I understand this clear can not be baked? The cheap infared medium (infratech) use IR and im afraid of warping plastic pieces with them. I was thinking of maybe some tanning bed lights that Emit Ultraviolet light to replicate letting parts sit out in the sunlight. Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated. Maybe I am using the wrong clear? Would the speed clear still be flexible enough for plastics, and have the durability and gloss of the universal?

A UV light will have no noticeable effect on the clear. .where outside will as each lamp is designed for different wavelengths to cure other things, and the clears have no photoinitiators added.
Take your medium wave set about 2.5 feet from the plastic
Keep bumper temp 110to 125 bake for 30 mins put on the car and send down the road.

Short wave cures half the time.
Short wave costs min of 5 times a mediumwave, and I have both, but I like the medium wave better as easier to move around.
