Dealing with dry spray??

I am painting a bumper for my dad and it is a very intricate design. lots of air dams that are a pain to get to. I finished the bumper and now I have dry spray in some spots which looks awful. Any advice on what I can do about it? Can I color sand, cut, and buff it out like orange peel?

I am using SPI UV clear which is working out great so far.

Sure but if in hard to get to areas, just 2000 wet and had buff those spots.

It's too late for me to say this, but the best way to handle complex shapes it to do all the hard to reach areas first with a mini-gun, then immediately follow with a full-size gun for the larger areas. You may find that there is not enough clear to smooth and polish those areas that are dry sprayed.
