Epoxy over clear?

I originally posted a question about this repair in the collision section and i did get afew good replys on how to go about fixing this.I have decided to remove the fender, repair the damage, and repaint the whole thing as I have never blended before. I am going to work the dent out alittle better than it is and then use filler to finish it.

The filler should go on top of the epoxy right? so do i just scuff the whole fender and spray epoxy, or do I need to sand it with what grit? then spray epoxy?

After the epoxy, then the filler, then the 2k, then the base, then the clear.

Or epoxy,filler,epoxy,2k,base clear?

hi, if your just going to respray the whole panel, i would just epoxy any bare metal spots, apply filler if you get any bare metal spots after sanding the filler, hit those spots with epoxy if not you can skip the epoxy and move on to 2k,base/clear

good luck!
