Epoxy Smudges?

I just finished my last round, or so I thought of Black epoxy on the firewall. I went out and touched it 24 hours later and it leaves a smudge. Is this normal? THe texture doesn't seem to change almost like it is drawing oil out of it. I wipe with a cloth and that leaves a texture to. I sprayed with SPI wax and grease remover and that left it slightly whitned.

Did I not let it cure long enough, or could it be something else. I don't want to admit, but I did shoot this soon after a rain storm guessing it could be the humidity...?

Will/Should it self heal or do i need to block and reshoot?

Leave it alone, should be fine tomorrow but could be all screwed up where you put the W&G, only time will tell now.

If sunny Sat pull putside if you can.

Thanks Barry. I've been blocking and spraying the epoxy. I am practically a (amateur) Pro at this point. I am 10 coats in. If I have to one more isnt the end of the world.
