Fiberglass curing questions

P

Phoenix

I saw someplace that Barry tells us to leave them panels outside for 7 days in the sun to fully cure them and eliminate any kind of fiberglass weirdness down the road.

Q1: Is it the heat or the UV that cures it , lets say its hot and cloudy , does it still cures?

Q2: Lets say I leave them outside rain + sun (no mater what) , but I remove them from outside only when I reached the 7 days (of compiled sun days) , would that be ok , Or I should avoid rain like the pest?

All you want is UV's, heat does not help. (much)

Same as a suntan, put it where you can get one.

I would also cover in black plastic for a couple of those days on the chance that heat might matter some...
