Finishing glaze

I like USC Icing, but Evercoat, 3M, Upol, SEM and others all have good glazes that your local parts store should have or be able to get. If they don't, I can supply most any brand you prefer. I can even still get Nitro Stan 1K putty, although I would highly recommend against that. I am a body shop supplier in upper midwest.

I sell the 24oz tubes of Icing for $32.00 + shipping ($8 ish) if you need. The 3M Platinum Plus #3180 is $49 + shipping.

Me too.
I like the flexible pouch it comes in allowing you
to squeeze out the air before putting the cap on.
It lasts longer that way.
The pouch always tore for me. I put the Platinum glaze into a pint can and scoop out what I need. When the tube nears empty, I open it and scoop out the rest.

Ok i found some Dolphin in one of my crates but the hardner is dried up and the pouch still seems very ply able and kneads pretty easily. Is the blue hardner for 3m platinum filler the same as the small red upol hardner and ok to use ? Small packet of upol red 0724 is $11.35 Amazon .

Yes, the other hardener will be fine.

Found this comment on the upol video about not over primer right from the source. I think it's done all the time isn't it ? Epoxy over 7 days scuff 180 and apply Glaze sound ok ?

I use dolphin as well. That's what was available back local back in the day when I started doing this stuff, and I've just stuck with it. Works well for me.
