Fisheye article

Did Barry write something about overcoming fisheyes while painting? I recall something but must not be using the right search terms

I remember that the jist of it was to NOT use any type of fisheye eliminator, but to just go over the area lightly with a few drier then normal coats of base, so it can skin over, then once coverage is good, apply clear. That's how I always did it long before anyone ever told me to do it that way, and it has always worked for me.
