fisheyes, help!!!!!!!!!

Man, there appears to be a fisheye epidemic! I am looking to spray this weekend and now out of the blue I am getting fisheyes in my primer-not huge craters but little dots at random locations. I get them both with 2K and epoxy, never had any issues at all before.

I have a water separator on the hose outlet where I have a 25' hose that I use for spraying. I tried 2 different guns and it happens with both. I cleaned the hood with hot soapy water, then WB wax/grease, then solvent wax/grease and still no change. My shop is super clean and I see no evidence of water anywhere in my air supply.

I was using mineral spirits to site my panels, maybe a contaminated rag or something? I also installed a snake right before the problem showed up so I took it off right away. I think it may be one of these two things??

Anyway, how the hell do I figure this out in a hurry? I REALLY want to get this thing into the first 3 coats of clear this weekend, I can't believe this problem shows up NOW.

HELP

When I had this problem in April, Barry kept saying it sounded like moisture, but I kept thinking it was something else as I had never had that problem before. Well I have always painted in the middle of winter when it's cold and dry up here in the northeast but it was warm and the mumidity levels were higher this time and my moisture control wasn't enough. I know I had some other issues that I also eliminated, but moisture was also a problem.

Try one of these inline and see if it turns color:

Thanks for the tip, maybe it is moisture. I bought a big motorguard cartridge filter today, don't have time to mess around. I will install the filter, use a new hose, clean all my guns both air and fluid, rewash everything, and hope for the best. Wish me luck, if this doesn't work you will see me on the nightly news; I'll be the one at the post office with the shotgun!
