So I just laid down 3 coats of universal clear on my car, was thinking of doing a flow coat but have never done it before, whats the best way to go about doing that and how long should I should I wait to let my first 3 coats cure? it was painted last sunday.
 
A flow coat is just a clear coat over a sanded clear coat.
You can sand it the next day and recoat it immediately,
best to sand it with a coarse grit like 400 to 600 to get it
truly flat first removing any urethane wave. The flow coat will have no
problem filling in the 400 grit scratches.
Clear and most paints flow out much better when applied over themselves.
