I'm guessing but it looks like shipping costs were figured in the costs.
Since SPI covers shipping it is very expensive and is our number one problem that is out of our control.

i just recently realized you ship for free. idk how you do that but it is just one more thing i can respect you for.
i am probably gonna call you monday for an order. just wondering with this cold front on the way, will those temps effect the product during shipping?

We covered shipping since day one and not easy for sure.

Cold when shipping has no consideration, as what hurts a product is large swings in temp
Over and over like leaving something in an unheated garage all winter.
