Golf cart project..

Materials used.

SPI epoxy
SPI 2k primer

dupont/diamont basecoats

-Ford Cinnamon
-Ford Tuxedo black
-Ford Sterling grey
-Random silver, lol

SPI Euro 5100 clear

Epoxy: 2 caots

Primed with 2k and blocked:

Sealed with epoxy reduced 1:1:1

Next up basecoats:

Lettering:

Clear: - major blunder here, hope it doesnt burn me too bad

Wetsanded with 600 for re-clear. (Pics below are with water on the parts)

Honestly I only have about 5 nights picking at it. I'm so pissed at myself I rushed the clear and created solvent issues.

Was it bad solvent pop or just a few craters?

No craters at all. Small and I mean VERY small pin holes all over the place. Plus if you look a one pic I posted with the back setion of the cart and its sanded for the re-clear. You can see to white stripes in the black portion of the colors. Not sure if those are trapped solvents or air? I can seem to sand down to get them out. I am going to try again tonight with alittle more aggressive paper.
