I just received my order for a gallon of epoxy and the activator. I also ordered some stuff last March. You guys ship in great boxes. I store all my car parts in them.

You probably never got a compliment on your boxes.
 
On the old site I started a thread on just that subject. The boxes are amazing and the tape holding them together is like a professionally wrapped Christmas present (Macy's offered free gift wrapping one Christmas years ago so that's my benchmark). I don't get out much so a lot of stuff comes to the door from Fedex, UPS and the Post Office. SPI packaging is in a class by itself and when Barry's tem suggests cutting corners to save on the packaging, the discussion is pretty short.

If you happen to be in a UPS store (or an Office Depot) take a look at the cost of the featherweight cardboard boxes and a roll of that reinforced tape. I'm sure SPI gets a volume discount but that stuff really adds up.

Try not to mention the Styrofoam peanuts -- it turns nasty real quick.:rolleyes:
 
Thank you Goat, speaking of boxes our box company rep was here a few weeks ago with a great idea how we could save money by going to a thinner walled box.
I told him, no thanks, not interested as the double sided boxes save us money from preventing damage when UPS or FedEx drops your box from the plane at 30,000 feet on your front porch.

The foam peanuts, we only use those to piss off customers that we feel are not paying enough! LOL
