Help with mistakes please.

I sanded thru the clear on the door. As in pic, I sanded thru on top of the blue stripe, ruining the black and the blue. What's my best option to fix it ? Sand or scuff and then respray area that was damaged or respray entire door or other options ? The other mistake is beside the 1/4 window, as in pic. In the pic you can see where the blue goes into the black. The mistake is a little over an inch long. How can I fix that ? Sand or scuff and then respray, or other options? Thank you very much.

Hopefully one of the pros may have a better idea but only option I see, is sand spot color as needed and reclear the whole panel.

That's my take on it as being the best option.
