How long after single stage for clear to be applied

I’m painting a steel bumper in a white single stage, 3 coats, and will be spraying an industrial clear over it that I use on my farm equipment. Flash time for the single stage is 5-10 min. Do I just apply the clear within the same flash time?

Or would it be better to sand the single stage with 600 to denib and then spray clear? I won’t be doing any cut or buff. I don’t want the bumper to be too shiny or fancy.

Since it's based on the 2100 Clear chemistry, you should be able to let it flash 30 minutes and then on with the clear. Just be sure to keep using the same speed hardener.

What does the Wanda TDS say about re-coating? Being you are using two different products I would proceed with caution. I don't like the idea of going wet on wet with two different products including an unknown (to me) clear. Wanda TDS states recoatable with itself for the first 24 hours. I would at least wait overnight or do a test panel first to determine if anything untoward is going to happen.

I've heard most common times are next day is fine. I've heard that it needs to flash off good. Most likely need to use slow everything if waiting till next day. I've actually blended inside a panel of enamel that was about 5 days old. Was pearl white color from 1966. Like Chris says do test panel.
