Well guys, I went to Texas this last week and didnt have a visa and got deported back to God's Country .

Met Shine and had a nice visit, until he asked to see my Texas visitors visa, then it went downhill from there. ROFLOL.

Next time I get down that way Shine,I'll bring the Lone Star, you fire up the bbq pit and we will continue the bs session :cool:

I did look at 5 acres with a Bank owned log home on it a few miles away from Shine. I need to do a bit of research first then I may make a lowball offer and see what happens.
 
mountain lake estates i bet. folks built spec homes there before fuel killed the commute. that whole deal was a big bath . development company out of az does these things. lot of hoopla then they're gone. they split up over 3k acres there.

was good to meet you . and by the way no texan drinks lonestar unless dying of thirst in the desert.......

Yup 5 acres with a log home, asking 144, gonna offer in the 50's if the covenants are acceptible.
You name the brew, I'll buy it next time.Never had a LSB, just figured that the Texas Immigration agent might, LOL.
