Im totally sold on this assilex/buflex line. I have been using them to cut and being able to dry sand lets you see what is going on. They sand great, and I unload by wiping across my work jeans. The only grit that I am not fond of is 3000 as it does not last long.
I have been hand sanding though.

Ya, I did a quick search and was surprised by that.

Does it have to be that sander though or can it be one of the many jitterbug sanders that don’t cost $400?

I have not researched it but my suspicion is that other sanders aren’t the right pad size.
