Is this fiberglass?

Is there any special prep prior to epoxy on SMC? Or just clean well, wipe with waterborne w&g remover, and spray?
 
No special prep for epoxy, but for other more extensive repairs, the right material must be selected.
 
Thanks Crash! No damage on any of the parts, just stripping off all the paint on every part of the car so I know I'm starting solid!
 
If you shoot a few coats of epoxy on it and find any low areas or distortions-regular polyester fillers or glazes can be used over the epoxy and it works well.
