what are you guys using? i cant find a lazy susan that looks like it would be made to withstand weight upside down... nothing over 30 lbs.

right direction. i dont need something so heavy duty, perhaps a bicycle wheel. mostly for woodshop (refinishing outdoor furniture parts) and light motorcycle parts.

You must know a lot of motorcycle owners, maybe one of them has an old wheel you could mod into what you need?

yeah all my harley buddies ditch the 21" spoked front wheel. stronger than a bicycle wheel! i thought there would be some official paint booth hardware...

I'm not sure what I would want to have twirl around while I paint. Usually I am more concerned about getting hanging things to hold still. What is your plan?

alfie ive looked at those but cant tell if they work upside down with aload on them. crash ive been spraying cetol on teak furniture pieces, most on a lazy susan on a table but some would more suitable to spray hanging... in fact ive been spraying some pieces hanging but it would be much better hanging and being able to rotate them.

I would think the spinning mechanism would need some resistance to rotation otherwise the force of spraying would cause to much movement and/or spinning.

^ nice c10! the lazy susan on the table has no spinning from sprayin probs. crash i dont want it to rotate while im spraying it...say, a 5' long teak bench back... its easier to hang, spray one side then rotate it so i dont have to move and i can spray all sides and top and bottom, keeping the fan wind blowing away from me.
