Low VOC build primer?

Any plans to release 2.1 VOC primer/surfacer? My daily driver has peeling clear and just a couple scratches and dings. Not a lot of blocking required, but I'll still need something with a little build on the scratches etc. Can any of the products be shipped to SF Bay Area?
If no plans, is there enough build in the SPI epoxy for that to do the trick without surfacer? Again, there will not be much need for large area blocking, just dent and scratch repair.

Wow, that's good. There's no indication of that from the "products" page or the P-sheets. So there's a complete low VOC system, nice!

That's a good point, the information is on the price sheet, but it isn't everywhere, updating the web site is a good suggestion!
