I am wondering if there are any reason(s) not to use some epoxy that was induce 48 hrs ago with some epoxy that was mixed 30 minutes ago.

Say you have a mixed pint that is 48 hrs old and still spray-able, but your job is going to take 30 oz , do you toss the quart and start over, or just add to it and go?

Reason I ask is I am sanding and priming my "half a truck" a panel or two at a time and only need small quantities on a given day and I am poor and cheap so tossing it out isn't my first choice.

thanks

Everyone is right, I myself prefer the epoxy to have mated at least most of the day, if not over night when I can plan that far ahead.

Must be nice to be able to plan that far ahead!
