Wind-stream is having Regional tower problems and if we are on one line and you call there is about a 50% chance you will be terminated, instead of rolling over to the other lines.
Not much we can do about it as they try and fix their mess.
This has been going on for a week now.
If you are an existing customer, you can always email an order, just put you phone number with the email, in case we need to contact you.
