Prep for seam sealer

Can someone tell me what to do to fully cured epoxy primer before applying seam sealer? Thanks,,RC.
 
Thanks Barry, I have some 320 on hand so I will hit it with that. I sprayed some epoxy a couple weeks ago for only the second time and I have to say you have a great product.
 
Would 320 be good enough for the next round of epoxy or between epoxy and 2k?
