priming in hard to reach areas

Was reading another thread and didn't want to hijack it so I'll ask my own ? In the difficult spots to get primer on like the channels on the underside of a hood or inside a rocker panel, door pillars etc Could a rust inhibitor wand be used to spray or is there another/better way ? I'm just learning thanks.

I sprayed epoxy inside the cowl and door panels using a rust inhibitor spray gun with the flexible plastic "wand" that has spray holes that shoot the product to the sides. It worked great for me.
