Production clear maximum window

How much time do I have to recoat Production Clear? I shot a double coat over base, and now I am blocking with 400. Does the time even matter since i am using 400 grit? Do I need to use any other grits before shooting the next coat?

Does not really matter BUT when re-clearing the very best advice i can give is after the clear is sanded just an hour in the sun can pervent the slight chance of solvent pop risk that may be there.
With just two coats, the odds are in your favor, either way on the next clearing give it exactly 30 minutes between coats to avoid the potental of a minor pop.

I didn't intend to double coat it. It's just that I could tell that it was going on a little drier than usual, and not flowing like I expected so I hit it again.
