I started removing the paint (The heat gun and razor blade is awesome).
I assume the green paint is the primer?
I plan on cutting these rust parts out and replacing them. Just got the welder today.
What is this plastic thing that was taped to the bottom of the quarter panel?
Any suggestions on what todo with all this rust is appreciated. Can I cut it out in pieces? Or should I just go and get new quarter panels?
