Seam Sealer

Does anyone have any advice on what to use to fill and smooth out the edges where i welded in my floor pans? Would Duramix work? if so, which one would you suggust? I don't think it's clean enough to use typical plastic (bondo).

I use the Lord Fusor Urethane Sealer 800EZ series. http://www.lord.com/products-and-solutions/adhesives/automotive-repair-adhesives/product.xml/340
The pros here might have other suggestions.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I will check them both out. I hope i never do fllor pans again.... i'm not sure why, but welding upside down with a mig does not work very good...
