Single Stage Question

Hello,
So yesterday I sprayed 2 coats on all 80 of my parts in SPI single stage black. I got a little carried away on some of the parts and got a few runs. Today I sanded those out and then went over the parts with a grey scotch-brite pad. My plan is to clean the parts today and spray those parts again tomorrow. Do I need to scuff all the surfaces before re-coat? I was not planning to scuff the back side of the castings. Also, should I be spraying these with 1 or 2 more coats?

Here are a couple pictures. The duct is one example of what I did, these came out fine. The cast piece is where I had a run. I sanded it out but only scuffed that face. If I get paint on an un-scuffed face, will I have issues with adhesion? I painted these yesterday and have to get them done tomorrow.
