Soft Flex Sandpaper

Hi All,

I purchased a roll of Sunmight 600 grit Soft Flex sandpaper by mistake. I wanted a regular 2.75” PSA roll of 600 to do light sanding of 2K sealer to kill heavy sanding marks under the epoxy sealer I previously sprayed. I was going to use the 2.75” paper on a soft block to lightly sand the sealer but would this Soft Flex paper work as well using it by hand? If not I will return it but just wondering.

Thanks,
Chris

Will work very well, I would still use it on a block to avoid possible finger pattern showing.

Thanks. I did use it today. I liked it. I placed the small thin durablock on top of it and you can sand without the block slipping. No need to hold the edges since the foam in the sandpaper grabs the rubber block perfectly and the 600 doesn't put much friction.

I have to say I switched to Sunmight based on the recommendations on this forum and I am very happy with it. Got 180 for sanding old epoxy, 400 and this 600 Soft Flex. They all fell nice (compared to the 3M I was using).

Thanks again,
Chris
