SPI Epoxy over omni 2k high build???

Can I use SPI Epoxy over 2k high build as a sealer?

If I can, can I scuff the 2k with red scotch bright to prep for epoxy?

More detail would surely be helpful. If this is an exterior part, sanding the 2K primer smooth of any texture or waves before applying sealer would be a better process.
 
Just make sure you have fresh scratches in the 2K primer and the epoxy will be great as a sealer.
