SPI Epxoy followup.

O

Outlaw

I sprayed my first SPI Epoxy last Thrusday. All went well with exception of a one small area where I got the paint on too thick and had to sand it down a little to get rid of some of the thickness. I ordered my SPI Bedliner Friday and its here. Meanwhile I been doing a little filling and and sanded the filler with 180, followed with a light scuffing of all the epoxy paint applied Thursday. I am still in the 7 day window. , I plan on masking and cleaning in the morning, then mixing up a little epoxy to shoot only the filler spots and sand thrus. I will then clean my gun and give that 30 minutes flash time, then go everything with one more coat. That will restart the 7 day window for seam sealer, one final (third) coat of epoxy, and bedliner. This is for the underside of a truck cab floor thats going to be epxoy, seam sealed, and bedlined.

Am I on course?
