SPI reducer compatibility

Guys I am going to have to get some base coat local (PPG) for my stripes on my mustang. This will be a custom mix so my question is SPI reducers and universal clear compatible with h PPG ?

Yes they are.

Best reducer for DBC, in my opinion. Be sure to activate the DBC, it is brittle and it needs it.

Crash, I got my DBC today and ask about an activator and they told me it doesn’t require it? I will only be using this paint for my stripes.

You are under no obligation to follow my advice, but I would put 5% activator from whatever clear you use into the base. It doesn't "require" it, that is true. It just improves its adhesion and chip resistance.
