Never heard of one or used one. Looks like it would be awkward. Balance is important when spraying. And for me it would mess up how I view the material as it is going on the panel. JMO, but I think if your lighting is poor you would be better off getting some cheap halogen or other type stand lighting and have it behind you when spraying.

personally i think these things are a gimmick. i have LED on wheels if needed. between that, a regulator, and a 20oz cup full, going to start cramping. maybe im just old.

well, i dont like led lights. every thing looks grey or black and white like the old tvs. i have tried those glasses with leds on em and couldnt see right with those.

I don't see a benefit while spraying. I turn the lights out and use a normal flash lite to check for coverage over primer spots.

I am guessing it would help when spraying white. At least I think it would help me with my lousy eyesight.

The other thing to consider is how quickly and how much those lights would get covered in overspray. Are the lenses solvent resistant so you could clean them? I'd say there is a fair chance they aren't.

I bought one thinking it would be awesome. It's not.
The light beam is equal to or even smaller than the fan, and you need to see more than that.
Better just to improve lighting in the spray area.
LED strip lights are cheap at Home Depot and work great. I mounted some on the wall and lay a few on the floor temporarily as needed.

Walcom 360 True light works well especially for anything partially enclosed. Easy to change over to more than one gun--expensive cost was worth the end results after multiple uses. That and a decent light meter (Extech 401025) to measure Lux have helped

i prefer a reflection of an 8ft tube.you have to have the reflection or you cant really see the pattern. put lights along the top of the wall and one in each corner.
