Temps and times

Newbie
Since I do my painting in the BIG booth with no heater, ie. outdoors, I am subject to dealing with mother nature. What are the minimum temps for spraying and curing and time durations that must be maintained for the various products? Epoxy primer, 2K primer, Base, and Universal clear? Also polyester primer? Barry.... anyone?
 
Should be 60+ especially for epoxy for first 48hours and I let my clear set 24 hours before I put it in the cold
