Touch Up Around Window Glass

I pulled my windshield and rubber off my 76 pickup.
I have a bunch of surface rust along the bottom edge which I'm in the process of removing.

After spraying the SPI epoxy, how long do I need to wait before hitting with my urethane enamel?
Can I paint directly over the epoxy? Its a couple inches around the pinch weld.
What grit should I use before painting?

I was hoping to get back to driving Monday.

Thanks Barry.

I was rushing and forgot to drain the compressor.
Got to sand down the mess now and respray.
