Transtar No Shake base coat toners

Came across an add for Transtar No Mix base coat mixing system. Does anyone have an opinion based on actual use. Like the idea of not needing a mixing bank to agitate like waterborne but in a low VOC solvent formula. What did you think about coverage and formulas?

I have some at the plant, I tested a few years ago and I have a lot of experience in CA and Canada where people use these low VOC bases instead of waterborne bases as required.
Only problems i have heard of is first time a shop uses them, they don't realize flash times are slower if mixed with a no VOC reducer and of course then you get die-back, solvent pop and worse .clear De-lamination.

With the low VOC reducer if you over reduce, they tend to dry better, if reduced with a normal VOC reducer, they tend to act more like a normal base-coat but still a little slower unless over reduced.
I see why in waterborne base areas why they would want to use these and I think its a better choice but in other areas, I don't see the point of re-educating the painter.

Coverage is good and paint match pretty fair from what I hear.
