Trash in base coat from sealer

Guys , need a little help on how to fix this. Today I sprayed a seal coat on the back of my hood but didn’t see the trash in it till I started spraying the base. I stopped and didn’t do anymore painting. This is a blue poly metallic. Should I wet sand everything flat with 800 and spray another coat of sealer and then shoot the base and clear?

No need for another coat of sealer, unless sanded to metal. Lightly sand, knock the tops off, and respray base. 800 a little coarse, 1000-1500 is more common.
