wet sanding epoxy

Alright I finished my whole truck off with SPI epoxy. I lightly guide coated the panels and wet sanded away for hours with 600. After cleaning the panels off and letting them dry. They still have a gloss to them, is the gloss normal?

600 will leave a satin like gloss

after that can you just go to top coat without doing anything else?

depending on how long ago the epoxy was sprayed some guys like to spray a reduced coat of epoxy right before paint for max adhesion..and you might even find a spot you want to block just a bit again...

Yeah no matter what I always shoot a reduced coat of epoxy, makes me feel better.
