What do you use to control Primer sanding dust in your shop

I have a lot of primer dust every where as you know it floats and settles on shelves, boxes, tools and everything that is in your shop. I have part of my 30x40 shop partitioned off with plastic and somehow it still managed to float its way all over. Even in summer when you use fans its a given its going to distribute all over.
I have mess and not sure how to get it clean without completely removing everything which is a ton of stuff and would take a month to remove etc.
Most of dust came from DA and block sanding and yes I wish I had done something before I got it all messed up.

Two questions.
1. How to get it clean in without causing more problems in a timely manner.
2. DIY ways to keep the dust from happening again without buying expensive dust extraction tools and still dry block sand and use a DA.

Thanks

The thing I stopped doing was blowing off the panels with compressed air. Started using a soft shop brush to get dust off the panels and off of the sandpaper. Make a HUGE difference in how much dust got spread around.
Here is a video of my buddy Butch doing some blocking and you can see him using a brush.
It is on my Facebook page:

I use my 2hp dust collection from my table saw,4" hose usually just hold it with my left hand while I sand with the other.I added 25' of hose and a remote.Works well.
Wet sanding is my choice , much better dont need a mask then.

I do as much sanding outside as I can, but I just my shop vac with a brush attachment on it to remove dust from the panel. Even when I'm outside I still do this, otherwise the dust makes a mess on the driveway.

Thanks for all of the feedback.
I am going to setup some type of fan type air scrubber sorta like a wood shop so I can keep the place clean once I get it clean again. I have a scrubber on my sandblasting cabinet and it works really good which is hooked to a vacuum cleaner.
