Which gauge should I go by?

HEre is my question.
Being guided by some of you really smart members i bought an iwata gun regulator for my sata rp 4000 that has the digital guage in the handle. I tested everything out set the iwata reg at 25 psi and the gun guage reads 22psi. If i wanted to spray at 25psi, should i adjust the iwata until the digital guage reads 25 psi?

Motor Guard has a great one for about $22-26 at about any paint store.
they acquired this unit back in the 90'S when they bought the JR Technical company.
I was using these back then, before they bought company.
Way better then the iwata or sata gauge from my experience and last a lot longer.
