Will this be a problem for fisheyes?

I'd like to polish some button head stainless bolts to finish assembling my engine and my buffer is in the shop next to the spray booth. They are in separate rooms, but my real question is will using the buffing compounds close to the booth cause fish eyes. I won't be doing any painting for about a week after buffing. The compounds are the commercial grade buffing compounds (like solid bars) Thanks, Bill

I use the same thing to polish stainless im my garage and never noticed a problem. Doing that for last 15 or so years.

You will have no problem at all. The large majority of shops have a booth in the same building's floor plan as work being done on vehicles and detailing them also.

I buff all but right up against our booth doors. The table with all the compounds sit 5ft away. Never once had a problem.
