I’m looking to do an all over on a 72 in this color. Our forum Chad who has hooked me up many times can’t mix this in motobase, and my body shop friend with a metalux mixing bank has zero info either. Other codes are

Dark Olive/Dark Green poly
506
WE5185
Ppg 2207
dupont 42770

Those are my 2 favorite options for base, wondering if anyone has used this or can help with info.

If you want to try and find it in Motobase, I would email or call Automotive Art and ask if they can cross reference using a competitors code or if they can find it using the OEM code. I would bet they can get it close.

Axalta (Metalux) does have a color help line where you can give them the OEM or competitors code and they will lookup and find the closest match in their database. I would use that quite a bit at the last Shop I was at where we were spraying Axalta when there was no choice in the line we sprayed.

Here is a link to the tech help at Axalta. If that is not the direct line to the color help, they can connect you. I can also check with the Shop where I worked and get the actual number but I think the number listed will put you through. Just tell them you need the color help/interchange line.

Found something in my Sherwin system, crap paint but pretty good color library:

I don't think you will find it in high line paint, you have to make some in low line, shoot a test panel, and have them take a picture with the camera to make something close in high line.

Chad’s did look into it and no luck. My body shop friend with metalux bank did call his tech guy and they had no answer except sherwin like crash said. I did exactly as suggested and got 4oz and going to do a spray out then go play camera. Thanks everyone
