226.5 hours in this one so far, still have a ways to go. Blasted complete, all seams filled, firewall shaved, inside doors smoothed, etc. SPI epoxy, Turbo, some Optex poly, SPI red, Euro.
Some people. I just don't understand their "vision".Wow, that looks great.
Fill that spare tire well. They are disgusting, especially on something as bright as this.
Shhh, he might be listening and decide to have you smooth the bed. LOLThey are bad enough going back stock. This guy wanted everything "smooth". All rocker seams filled, no spot welds showing, etc. That "smooth" is costing him a lot of money What is crazy to me is it is a stepside with the spare in the rear fender. That is not "smooth" to me
The bedsides are still in the boxes. Now I will have nightmaresShhh, he might be listening and decide to have you smooth the bed. LOL
Man, I'd rather have a long bed..They are bad enough going back stock. This guy wanted everything "smooth". All rocker seams filled, no spot welds showing, etc. That "smooth" is costing him a lot of money What is crazy to me is it is a stepside with the spare in the rear fender. That is not "smooth" to me
He bought all new bed pieces except fenders, and the fenders needed a lot of work. Could have made it a fleetside for less money. He also spent a lot of time looking for a spare tire holder which needed work.Man, I'd rather have a long bed..
This had me chuckling all weekend. I’m about six weeks into body work on my 56 Cameo. These bloody trucks are a lot of work, more than I ever imagined. I’d estimate double what a car is.Those bloody trucks are a lot of work.
Move that decimal over one to the right and you'll be moved to the top of the list. My material rate is based on a complex formula based on gas prices, customer attitude, and which side of the bed I woke up on that day. It can vary a lot
